Between Center Bushings

Where do you find good bushings for between center bushings? I saw a lot of references to Johnny CNC bushings, but if he is still in business I can't seem to locate his bushings.

Do any of you use standard bushings for your between center work?

You must be in the step between mandrel bushings and no bushings at all.
 
I only use the standard bushing as a last resort to get close to size the. Finish strictly between centers and check with calipers....and allow for sanding and or building up a finish to end up at the correct diameter to match the pen hardware.

Brian Nikitas here on IAP was machining bushings to order if needed.

Laserlinez and Classic Nib for the TBC bushings that Laserlinez manufactures.

I have mostly Johnny's bushings....wonderfully machined! Think he has been out for about 3 years..
