Just printed out a label for a small flat-rate box.

It's $6.45 through PP. And a FR envelope has gone up to $6.65 and $5.95 through PP.

I believe that Pitney Bowes handles the shipping back end for PayPal and you get their bulk discount.

Yes, slight USPS increases went into effect yesterday. A full list of 2017 prices is in the attached Stamps.com spreadsheet.

As Jeff noted, Pitney Bowes provides the label processing for PayPal (and also Etsy) and their prices are the same as shown for the Stamps.com rate in the attachment. This is the Commercial Base Pricing Rate which is a nice discount from retail USPS rates.

Stamps.com requires a subscription to their service, but PayPal does not charge any user fees. There is a nice tutorial in the library on using the PP service.
