I don't often make rollerball pens, as the majority of my clientele are fountain pen collectors, but I really enjoy making them nonetheless. I used Desert Ironwood over black acrylic innards, and made the nose cone, trim, and clip out of bronze. This uses a standard G2 rollerball insert, and was a lot of fun to make!

John, while I have admired your fountain pens, They are not on my "weekly use" list as I seldom use a fountain pen (But the Monkey can be trained...).

But this pen certainly is!

You did an awesome job!

I love Desert Ironwood, and the accents you have included are wonderful!

I admire your talent!

Thanks Mark! After hanging out around the fountain pen community all the time, I too often forget not everyone uses fountain pens!

They are nice folks!!!

And while I use a fountain pen every now and then, I greatly admire the profiles and designs they have displayed. It is nice to check out mediums slightly tangential to ours!

Your use of metal accents are extremely well placed.

Best Regards.

John, have come back to relook at the pen

You have created beauty in the photos. I am too far away to hold, but can admire.

Very well done
