This one came out much better in my opinion than the last one. I learned my lessons on the first one I think.

Carl, That is an awesome pen! Definitely on a different level for sure!
I enjoy seeing your work!

I figure the caps were probably final turned on the pen after all the internal work was done. Sure that the caps are end specific for fit and alignment but would they reverse if one tried?

Everything was turned to completion as 3 separate pieces. The caps are exactly the same and will interchange to either side without complaint as would the front sections.

Very unique idea Carl !! What is the total length of your pen ?? Jim S

I'll get back to you on that. My drawing and calipers are out in the shop and it's pouring rain right now. If I recall though it's right around 160mm or roughly 6.25"

Wowza! Looks great. Understand each end is it's own reservoir so could make a teachers pen with red on one end and black on the other?

It could be used that way, yes. I'm also planning to work on a version that has a roller writer on one end so you can have both fountain and rollerball in one unit.
