Did the google search and found the site, but not the larger collect Chuck. You may need to call them.

it's funny they have this huge add in the new American Woodturner and a link, but you just get the 404 error.

Memory is that I looked at that on Jerry's site earlier this spring. Not there now, so a phone call to Jerry is probably your best option.
