What's the sceptre? Never seen that? Only single barrel.

It is a Broadwell designed twist about the size of a Cigar pen. Like the cigar, they have a good amount of real estate to display the blank. They look best with a multi colour, mica, pearl swirl type cast blank or an exotic wood or burl. Discontinued a couple years ago. Here is a picture of the main kit parts along side the kit box graphics.
