Metal pen box?

Levenger has these metal pen boxes with latch that the give with some of their pens.

Has anybody ever seen something like this for sale as the box only or something that could be repurposed?

I'd like to have a few to offer with certain pens. :-)

I hope someone chimes in with a source. I have several of those style boxes that came with makeup. They had a mirror in the lid, so I was lucky and got the broke ones. The ones I have are too big for pens but really nice for other things.

Use a lot I makeup? ;-)

Could be a group buy maybe too if we could find a source.

Not sure how much interest there would be and the price.
 
I hope someone else has a suggestion. The only other ones I found are just stamped metal or tin. Nothing like your photo shows.

I will look some more. Someone makes them.
 
Search for aluminium pen case or aluminium necklace case. I searched for these some time ago but the best one I found was discontinued. You can buy parts to make your own flight case style boxes but the unit cost comes out very high. They would require a little work on the interior but not impossible.
