What is a sharp tool? Never had one. What is a reputable Governmental source, never seen of those either.

A sharp tool is one that knows what you want to cut before you do then goes and cuts it for you.

One job I had as a kid I was told to use a drop of oil on the threads of a bolt before assembly, so I asked small or large drop and was fired. So the same applies. What is considered sharp to one may be dull to the other. What is tight to one may be loose to the other:tongue:
