Good quality pen boxes

I'm looking for 10pcs good quality pen boxes for single pens for higher end pens.
I want them in wood only with lining inside,does anyone make them up themselves.

Pat - I make my own. I do other woodworking (cabinets, etc) and do pens & other turnings when I can. The wood for pen boxes comes from those other projects. I would be happy to sell you 10, but shipping might be pretty rough. If you have a router and table saw, you can make your own - pretty quickly. Would you like my drawings?
