Don't let my wife see you offer that, she'll have the bags packed and car gassed up ready to go.
We used to go to Waynoka, OK bird hunting. Always did want to go to GA for some.

Instead of trading pen blanks, maybe we can trade hunts...

I have 250 acres to hunt on, belongs to my cousin. The little misses loves to hear them gobble, but she loves the smell of gun powder more.. i always give her the first bird. She has 2 mounted, 24lb from OK, and 21lb from here.

Harry ( i have none ) M

Congrats Steve! That's a nice bird. Our season isn't for a few more weeks but seeing this sure gets me in the spirit. My wife and I hunt together and like Harry, I give her the first bird. That might be the reason why she'll fill more tags than me over the past few years. Lol. Our location doesn't sound as good as yours. Last year we seen and heard 2 birds all week. It's still a good time to get out and we often find a few morel mushrooms.
Congrats again!
John
