Slimline is the slimmest, what's the biggest?

You could use a Hymark kit, and put a pen inside. Papermate Liquid Expressions, Uniball Signos, and more will fit.

The full size Gentlemens and Statesmen pen from CSUSA are a bit smaller than the Panache, but still pretty big.

Over all size I think Emperors are about as big and anything. I don't think I have any in my collection that are bigger.

Yes it is.....my quick calculation made 25 greater than 25.49 - that is what happens when you get old. No wonder my business loses money.

Just don't forget that you'll need a 12.5mm drill bit and a larger blank.
The Panache is a very unique looking pen. I have several kits at the house, but have not yet made one. I'll build a mold for that size and cast something unique for the kits I have.
Is this fellow looking for a desk pen or a carry pen?

I have no idea... but I'd like to make a big pen anyways... I pretty much want to make all pens ! :biggrin::biggrin:
