We felt it in N Georgia. Woke my wife up and freaked her out. I was in the basement and didn't feel a thing. Glad you are safe. Earthquakes are too freaky

Felt it here. I figured one of your horses tripped over that pile of money you make, making blanks :biggrin::biggrin:

LoL...good one Hans. I doubt the horses would jump it though. Maybe either eat it or lazily walk through it. No piles of cash here! Although Jan and Feb this year have been busy for me as far as blanks go

Jonsthon glad you folks are ok. hope to see you in March.

We're good Perry. Just a bit of a scare. After all the ice and loss of power for 3 days that's the last thing we needed! I'm still planning on being there in March so I'll see you then!

Felt it here as well. Originally, I thought some of the crappy snow and ice was coming off the roof until I looked all around the house and all the frozen stuff was still in place. Didn't realize it was a temblor until this AM.

Yeah, a 4.4 will get your attention. Was it a sharp bang type earthquake, or more of a roller type that builds up and tapers away? Glad you guys are okay.

Jonathan glad you got your power back, I only have been through that once back in 78' we lost power for 4 days then. And then an earthquake on top of that. I felt one once here in southern Indiana. I had no idea what it was. I was outside just walking around the yard having a Margarita getting ready for a Jimmy Buffet concert later that day and things just seemed to start vibrating. I thought that I had better slowdown on my concert prep or I was not going to make it...:)
