snow cream

Had some snow cream last night. First in several years. We ended up with about 4 inches of snow here.

Honestly, I wouldn't dare touch the stuff. Snow cleans the air. With today's amount of pollution, no thanks. My kids wondered why they couldn't. I melted down a jar of freshly fallen snow for them. There were visible black chunks of stuff floating in the water. They now make the choice not to eat snow.

I know, party pooper...

Afraid I have to agree with Eric... my mom made snow cream too and when I was 10 it was a treat... not so sure today.

We all probably eat much worst right out of a can. Just look what is in a can of Vienna sausage that's enough to gag a maggot. However they are a good tasting treat.
