Didn't know if anyone posted something about this ....just an FYI
Little Machine Shop has the 8.5" X 16" HiTorque bench lathe on sale for $200 off. Now $1349. ...I got a slightly longer version of it and really like it!!

I received their email today concerning the sale. I'm STILL looking at metal lathes but I would prefer more width.

The 20" would work well for me too. Any idea when they might be back in stock? I'm also looing at the Grizzly in about the same size.
