bolt action question

Just finished my first bolt action kit, happy with how it came out. Two issues though,
1: tried to make the bolt action turnto the other side by unscrewining the screw in the cap but the clip would not move, any ideas?
2: the lever spins when I press it down and when I tighten it so much that it won't it is in a front facing position and hits my shirt pocket I put the clip over it. Any solution to this?

If I remember correctly to move the clip you actually unscrew the end cap (part that looks like the primer) and turn the clip then retighten the end cap.

As for the lever spinning I just tightened mine to almost tight and the screw snugged it up the rest of the way.

Like Waluy said, unscrew the finial and you can relocate the clip to the other side. The ones I have done lately have a extra indent for the clip just for that purpose. When you get the lever in the position you want it, tighten the screw inside the cap to lock it in place,

Specifically the Assembly section part for "Position B" and Note 1. Refer to the diagram at the top for part names as they are using them - ie. "cap" for what most of us refer to as finial.
