Does anyone know who lives here?

Not the best photgraphy in the world but can anyone identify what species of bird might live here? I thought poossibly a hummingbird. An
internet search suggest a warbling vireo...a bird I have never heard of...

That's some type of warbler because the nest is hanging. A hummingbird nest sits in a crotch in the tree.

Phil,

Several types of birds build hanging nests like this. Most common is a Baltimore Oriole. My money would be on one of these.

By the second picture I'm guessing hummingbird as the nest looks too small to be anything else. But definitely not an expert here.

Around here the hummers build nest abut 1 or 2 inches diameter in the crotch of trees, pretty high up... can't give you any idea of who built your nest.
