I just brought home my Dad's 1948 Delta bandsaw. My brother and I searched high and low and couldn't find the wheel guards for it. Sooooo.....I found a top guard and a bottom guard on ebay and bid on both of them. I won the top but not the bottom. Then someone posted a set of both top and bottom guards for a 'buy it now' price of $90, so I bought them, thinking I could relist the extra top guard. Just got them yesterday.. Today my brother called and said he found the guards.......

Sounds about standard. And if you're like me it will be worth a lot less when you sell it than when you bought it - even if it was only yesterday.

The other thing I hate is when I buy something and two days later it goes on sale for a lot less than I paid. I've stopped looking at ads for things like something I just bought for that reason.

The best way to find something that is very important, that you lost, is to buy a new one. The old one will be sitting on the table smirking when you get the part in the mail.
