I keep getting a message the forum is shut down. Is this the case and why??? If not do you have another link I can try??? Thanks.

The site closed Jan 10th John. We did start another forum along the same lines with many of the originals.
http://woodturnersunlimited.com/ is the new site, we transitioned from a temp site today
