I believe that Mont Blanc made that one. It looks like the tip of a Miesterstuck 164. If you notice where the nib meets the "luxury resin", the barrel is under turned. Mont Blanc's processes leave the barrel about 1/128 of and inch larger than the nib.

A real pen maker would FIX this gaping error:)

I had a customer, years ago who stopped into my booth and bought 3 pens. When I asked if they were gifts, she said, "No, I do magazine photography, these will be 'props'." Had I not asked, I would never have known this, but I suspect the practice was not unique to her.

(In English: Whoever made it may not even know it is theirs!)
