Need help with decal design

Want to put Plaza patch in middle and 50th anniversary on outside. Also 1962-2012. Microsoft word won't let me change lettering, when I cut and pasted some examples.
Looking for template or stickers. Michaels or Avery didnt have any.

Corel Draw

I made a couple of tweaks to it, use the attached one. I didn't take any "fuzziness" out of it though...I actually recreated it from scratch. Corel Draw is pretty powerful and easy to use. It took me about a half hour to do this one...it was good "exercise" for me. Hope it works for you!

Thanks again. I do like our patch bettter. If you notice my original post the patch is kind of fuzzy and not as clear. Have a Merry Christmas.
 
Now I am looking for a template that I can print 2x4 labels on. I am using Avery and designpro 5. But I need to print out a blank one with the lines so I can make sure it lines up before I put it on the actual label. I think they usually include a TEST sheet in with the labels.
