Had to move it to Tuesday due to work, but Turkey, mashed potatoes, homemade gravy and dinner rolls. Kicked up green bean cassarole and baked sweet potatoes, fresh pumpkin pie with homemade vanilla ice cream. Forgot to bring left overs to work, but what the heck...they are serving the same thing!
 
Over at Sisters today. Traditional meal with all the goodies. This is one day we put aside all our diets and careful eating. We are thankful for what we have and will enjoy the family and food.

Grilled steaks, homemade jalepeno mac and cheese, asparagas, salad, and rolls. I love chicken or steak with pasta.

Tug boat holiday meal, Lobster tail, Fillet Mignion, shrimp cocktail and then the usual side items.

Green bean casserol, rolls, twice baked potatoes, deviled eggs and then cakes and pies which I can't eat because I am a diabetic :mad:. The cook also put out assorted candies.
 
10 lbs worth of sirloin (13 people including the 2 and 4 year old), baked potatoes, rolls, homemade mac and cheese, some rabbit food, and a full spread of desserts. Oh yeah, and bacon wrapped jalepenos of the grill, too.

And, yes..this is a tradition! Three generations were represented and i see no reason to change it!
