I am signing up for Spring semester on Monday. I need to take 5 more classes to finish my Air Conditioning and Refridgeration certificate. I want to take 4 of the classes now (have to take 12hrs for GI Bill). I got 3 classes lined up and am torn between the other two as my last choice. I heard that Psychrometics is alot of math. But hydronics sounds hard. Thanks.

Hi Mike! Since nobody else jumped in, I will. I think hydronics sounds more interesting to me. Not sure I can even say why, but that has always intrigued me. Good luck!

Scott.

Psychometrics sounds like you would be learning how to give impromptu therapy to people after you give them the bill.

A few of my friends in college, who were on the GI bill, used that last class for something fun, and unrelated to their field as a brain relaxer. Just an option.

One buff ex marine who was majoring in civil engineering told us he was taking a class aimed at personal training. One day while eating lunch one of his class mates came up and started asking him about his choice in thread and if he preferred wool to synthetic. After she left he got real red. He had lied and was really taking a weaving class. Thought it would not sound manly. Of course we all gave him a lot of grief after that.

It really isn't all that hard, my son-in-law put it in the floor and ceiling of his house with no training at all and had no big problems. Also baseboard hot water has been around for a long time and I can tell you from personal experience that it is not hard to understand at all.
