For lack of correction, I am declaring the first Friday in November as National Fountain Pen Day. In Lake Arrowhead we are sponsoring a two day event for the November 2nd 2014 annual National Fountain Pen Day. It will be a two event. The first will be a class on callifgraphy for al ages and the participants will compete in a contest. That afternoon we will conduct a advanced calligraphy contest. On Sunday a Fountain Pen Art contest will commence. We will have sponsors, prizes and rooms for those traveling from the East Coast.

Comments, ideas and suggestions are welcome.

Scott: Mark 11/2/13 on your calendar and we will see you there. I dd not think that if there is snow, it may be an issue. I will check with our weather history. I Know Arrowhead Village will be filled with holiday shoppers. Still will be fun. We may have a line on a inside conference center that will be climate controlled.
