You guys are like all kinds of mean with these scores. I swear folks around here watch too many of those storage picker shows and believe the values those folks are spouting.

I believe you may have over paid for it. To help cut your losses and gain something back Im willing to give you the tidy sum of $100.00 for the lathe and shipping costs. As soon as you can provide tracking info I will gladly deposit the money into your paypal account or even better yet I will send you 100.00 worth of used pen blanks.:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

I'll do better than that, I happen to have something called a Paul Huffman vise that I'll trade for it to save you the shame of owning suck a machine.:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

Nice find.... I check craigslist daily but usually I am too late when I find something.

Just like me... but I NEVER find things like that!
Wow! Paul! he saw you coming... & I thought I could see a few scratches on it anyway, definitely not worth $200
Have fun with it (although you don't need it... the lathe that is not the fun!)

Saw this one on c-list. Figured it was already gone, but sent an email and told them if they still has to just put my name on it, and they did. Was kinda at a garage sale. Since it is suck a machine I'm glad I didn't pay any more for it =8^).

Nice find, I got mine (a 7X12 with heaps of tips, HSS, carbide and indexable) plus a milling machine with cutters for free as my brother didn't want it any more. Yours looks a lot better condition though.

Ok, short lived possession, but you know how it is when someone wants it more than you need it. Got $100 more than I paid for it. Used those funds to buy a new 3 jaw chuck, some ER32 collets and nut to make a collet nose for my 10" Atlas!
