Pen Display Inserts??

Does anyone know where I can get some cut-to-size inserts for pen display boxes? I'm making some boxes that will hold about 10 pens each and want to put an insert (foam maybe) to accommodate them. I thought I saw a post once about someone selling these but cannot, for the life of me, find it. Any help is appreciated.
