New (to me)scam email

I received the following email....it did not have my email address or name in the "To:" window. I did not open the attachment although my virus program didn't find a virus.

' Dear Beneficiary,


Enclose attached email is meant for you, get back to me immediately after reading it.


Robert S.Mueller III
FBI Director.

He is the Director of the FBI since the Bush Administration but of course that ain't hard to find out.

And as a side note the FBI or most other government agencies don't contact anybody for any reason by emails only snail mail. Plus since when did they start contacting "Beneficiary" for a inheritance!

No I think he's not important enough to contact me ---- at least his boss.
