After jumping in last year and learning I was a small time pup. I find myself looking forward to this years event if there is going to be one. For all of you who are new and dont know what it is I have attached the link from last year. For those that do know, it is a gentle reminder that it is right around the corner(HOPEFULLY).

So will there be?

The skills I acquired in that contest lead me to a 2nd place finish in the Ugly Pen Contest for the Birthday Bash this year. So yes it does make dreams come true to enter all of the skill events on here.

Brooks, hope you keep your finger all pointing in the direction their supposed to this year.
 
Yes, we're getting close to announcing, but I ran into a little problem. My DSL modem and my computer died at the same time. Bought a new modem and computer and spent most of the day setting it up, but I still haven't recovered all my files. I know, excuses, excuses! But I do hope you're all getting ready!

For us newbies can someone please tell me a bit about this event?
Or, is there somewhere in the forums where this is detailed?

Here's a little teaser. The categories won't be exactly the same as last year. BUT, there will be a Segmented category and a Casting category, without too many changes from last year. The rest you will have to wait and see.
