Windows?

Are you able to open https/email using another browser? If so, it's likely an issue with Chrome. If not, maybe an SSL certificate issue. Try to clear the SSL state. Control Panel > Internet Options > Content tab > Clear SSL State.

Tried the above...didn't work

Wrench -> Options -> Under The Hood and deselect Use TLS 1.0
I was looking for that but the wrench does not give me the "under the hood" options...as a matter of fact not even the "options" tab is there.

Also when I try to send feedback to google the turning arrow just keeps going and going an going...it does the same thin when I load any non https sites, the page shows up fine and complete but the loading arrow just keeps turning.

"Settings" on Chrome to
"hit Wrench", upper right corner, right click on "wrench"
go down about 3.4 quarters to "settings",
open settings (0ne click), there are three circles. The top one is not what you want. Mark the third circle that says "open a specific page or set of pages", then click on "set ages" click on it and it will take you to where there are Start Up Pages. If your normal search engine page does not show add a new page.
Type http.....etc. for instance ours is. iGoogle.
Click okay and should take you to igoogle.
Once in a while it takes you to baby page but if you see the bug G, hit it.
Then restart your computer.

I am having the same problem. If you are using Norton 360 and updated it recently, the update does not work with Chrome.

I confirmed this with our IT guy at work. He had the same issue. Just have to wait until Chrome or Norton fixes the issue.

I had to switch back to Firefox.

Your problem may be NORTON! I had a ton of issues with my use of "Firefox" until I found out (from local computer store) that "Norton" and "Windows" do not always play nice together. Since cancelling "Norton" and removing it.....no more problems. I now use Chrome and like it better than "Firefox"! :smile-big::smile-big:
