Seriously what did you expect? Two awesome pens and brand new lathe in perfect condition all in the same day? Last time somebody had a day that good it was Tom Brady winning a Superbowl all while being married to a supermodel.

I honestly don't know how these shipping companies stay in business with all of the claims they must get. Especially "Unbelievable Package Smashers". I'd have to say 75% of the stuff I've had shipped by them is damaged, late or lost. I spose they make it up in volume huh?

Honestly, this is the first major purchase I have received in a damaged status so I can't complain too much. At least Amazon didn't raise their price by $100 like Woodcraft did. $599 shipped with a $50 rebate is hard to beat. Woodcraft now offers the same lathe for $699 + tax. As soon as I receive my refund I will reorder it from Amazon.
