I just typed Pen Dissassembly into the Search button and got 27 results.

Depends on the pen, but the vast majority can be dismantled with transfer punches.

Chris - Take Skiprat's advice and check out what's availbale here via search.

And get the transfer punche set. They're available @ PSI ($19 - they call them pen dissembly tools) but you can also get a transfer punch set @ Harbor Freight for about $10. But they're available most everywhere.

Frankly, I find them useful for far more than disassembly. Lately I found a use for them to get glue & epoxy out of a tube. Just wrap some 220 around one and sand (lightly). Perfect.

Ted, - I mount them in a lathe chuck, fill them with spacers, and use them to CA my wood blanks. Keeps me from having to clean my bushings. Pen brass on one side of the blank and a 60 degree tail piece gives enough clearance so glue doesn't stick anywhere.
