Churchill cap thread chasing

Can anyone help me determine the tap I need to purchase to chase the threads on a churchill cap?

I'll get a replacement coupler or just buy another kit, but I thought if I could just chase the threads I'd be far better off, and I can even cut a new coupler if need be if I knew what size and pitch tap I need for the job.

The threads in the Churchill are 12mm triple start threads. They are what the spec for the taps and dies that many purchased in group buys was based on.
 
Thanks! I was planning on purchasing that tap and die set anyway. Zippy answers are always found here on the IAP!
