Took my wife back to the heart doctor. He says stress is what is causing her heart beat to be faster at times.Looks like (we) have to make a slight change in our diet also.No big deal there. If it taste good it is off the list.So we will be trying new things it looks like. Not a good time of year to cut out the (good stuff). She is doing better.Still gets tired. He says (we) need to exercise more.So the new year will bring alot of new things to our life.Merry Christmas to all.

The best thing I can tell you is that you can get used to it. Or, depending on how old you are and how bad you want to get older, you can say to heck with it and eat it anyway.

Had the same problem with my heart and the wife's heart started to fibrilate because of stress. We both had to change our diets and start excercising more. We really enjoy walking the hiking trails in the local state parks around us. Neither of us has had a problem with our hearts since. You will get used to a new diet, and may find a type of activity that you really enjoy doing together.

wishing you and your family a healthy and Merry Christmas.

Good news. Teach her to make pens. You burn 5 to 10 calories just from the sanding.

Just a tip Bob, switch your lathe on

You're welcome to take up snowboarding with me... though it may be counter productive for staying in good health!
