Ok so I just was curious to see how many off our members were plumbers by trade. I have been in it for about 16a years and have owned my own company for the last six. The company name is Houston's Plumbing. If you are out there give a shout out here.

I did irrigation during the summer for 7 seasons in Charleston and Greenville. I'm like a half-plumber =)

I'm not a plumber, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.:biggrin: I work in the multi-family industry. We just have to repair Qwest pipe and hot water tanks. With my guys plumbing seems to be a love it or hate it and not much in between thing.
When you say repairing qwest pipe are you referring to the gray poly pipe or the actual led pipe. I deal with led on a daily basis and wont anything else don't stand behind cpvc I think it is junk. And copper way to much work and expensive.

The glorious gray poly stuff. Don't like CPVC either. One of my properties is 11 years old and plumbed in CPVC and we are just waiting for the leaks to start.
