I found a new polishing system today. It works great

I purchased the motor,arbors polishing pads in one package for $49.99
Now....The pads are not very impressive, so I replaced them. The motor is rated at 2000 thru 7000 RPM. At lower speeds, (below 2000 RPM) when you put a load on it, it seems to skip a beat.

I'm very impressed with the overall performance. Questions: PM me.
