...make sure you take plenty of "before" pictures. In case of damage, it is better to be able to prove prior condition. I am advising all of my clients to go overboard on the pictures. If you have valuable equipment, take pics just in case. You will get taken care of far more quickly if your case requires little or no investigation. Good luck.
