Haven't worked with wood since 1970. I forgot how much I liked high school wood shop. I just made my first three slim lines, all with different profiles. They look great IMHO. I only had to disassemble one of them and do it again. There are so many pen styles and methods of making them I'm excited to make more. I hope to learn a lot from the pros here. Thanks in advance for your ideas.

Welcome to the forum from North Carolina. There is a lot of information, help and opinions here. All you have to do is look and ask.

Welcome to the madness. The Georgia chapter will be having our next meeting at Woodcraft on September 17th. Please come join us. It is well worth the time and effort to attend. You can learn a lot and the people are great.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I can't make the Georgia meeting on the 17th and Wodcrafters seems the perfect place but I'm out of town. Please let me know of any future meetings.
