New USPS Format

Anyone else having problems trying to schedule a pickup with the new format? I can only get to the end of the first step, than it just sits there with little spinning arrows saying it is waiting for a complete address. I fill in every space needed and it doesn't go on so I can complete the pickup request.

I don't use Click-n-ship hardly ever anymore. We've got a really slow internet connection, and it got to where it would take 30 minutes (literally!) before it would print. I've been shipping through PayPal.

As far as pickups, I don't know, never done em!
 
No problem completing the form but getting them picked up is a different story. I requested a carrier pickup on Monday evening for Tuesday pickup. When I got home, my packages were still there. I got the confirmation page for USPS but did not get the confirmation e-mail so I guess it slipped through the cracks. I did it again tonight for tomorrow pickup and got confirmation as well as a confirmation e-mail so hopefully they will be gone tomorrow!

I use Paypal the majority of the time but the problem is when I try to schedule a pickup of the package . Then I have to go to the USPS website and that is where I have, or they have the problem.

If you go through the Multi Order shipping in PP, there is an option at the top for scheduling a pickup.
 
Went to send out orders today only to find that they moved everything around on the site.
 
I don't use pickup anymore. They would never get picked up! I would have to chase them down to give them my packages! I called the PO and complained. It kept on happening so I just take them to a little post office at the strip center. It was great at first, but then........

I disagree that it is easier to take them to the post office, at least here. If I go to the post office, I have to wait in line behind a bunch of college kids (I live in a college town) and then get to deal with the postal employee. They are nice and I know all of them but they don't usually know the rules according to the USPS website. I also have to drive 6 miles and then find a packing spot. I then have to haul in 10 or 12 packages.

Doing it at home, I simply click the print label section in paypal and out pops the label. I then do the carrier pickup and they get picked up the next day. Super easy for me. Then again, I was having problems with my address showing unavailable for pickup so I filled out a form at the post office for business solutions. The next day I got a call from a shipping specialist and they got my address all corrected. The following day, I got a call from the Post Master here in town and she came out with a shipping rep for a personal visit to see how they could better serve me!
 
Daily Pickup

I use Endicia software to print labels on my own DYMO Labelwriter 4XL and have almost daily pickup. In fact, even when I cancel the pickup my mail carrier checks my front porch and if the flat box is there she stops.

I schedule a pickup everyday for a month or two at a time and cancel if I have no outgoing packages.

I don't know the new site for USPS that well but it still looks like they should hire a new site designer.
