Cigar Nib Coupler

I give up. My searches have been futile. I want to buy the nib coupler to the cigar pen. I have found the center band coupler in Wood N Whimseys but cannot find the listing for the nib coupler. I ordered and received some before leaving Texas but cannot remember who sent them.
Blame it on the meds.
Can you help me?

If u ever want to make your own its pretty simple. Threads are m8x.75 , very standard size.
