nice work! I just bought a barrel to catch condensation water from my AC unit. It produces about 40 gallons a day down here in humid Houston, believe it or not.

The barrel arrived with a half gallon of black and potent liquid in it, which I strained through a cheesecloth and I'm saving for a very adventurous friend who said he'd drink some and tell me what he thinks of it.

Is there any leftover fluid in the barrels you buy?
