It's based on the 27/64" tubes used by Gatsby, Sierra, etc. but the components seem to have a new shape to them. Looks nice!

The pen with the cobalt canyon blank my turn out to be a very nice looking pen.

It kinda looks like the combination of parts from several different pens. I'll have to get some on my next order and try them out as well.

Have you seen the new ballpoint kits at Beartooth Woods, Triton and Reinhart in ballpoint. Should have mine on Monday and see how they really look. Check out Ernies site under what's new

I have gotten and made up three of the Tritons thus far. Two wood and one Acrylic. They look really good! Very nice kit. Much better than the "Orion" Rollerball Pen kit from Woodturningz for example. Maybe it's me, but I've had issues with that kit! Triton is twice the price, but well worth it. Very solid unit.
