What Box Would Fit???

Ok, I have an order for a Jr. Gent and a .50 Cal. The customer wants both of them to go in a box. Any ideas as to which box will hold both of them?

I was looking at those but I would need an insert for 2 pens and not one. Anyone know where I could get a double insert?

I had to cut a bit out for a looong custom pen. It would be easier to customize if the foam didn't have a glued on backing at the bottom, but it can be done. Can't think of anything else off the shelf that would fit the .50.

I think your best bet is to make a custom pen case for them. The diameter of a 50 cal pen is about 7/8" at the base. I don't think any of the pen cases listed above will work. Although the case with the 13/16" inside dimension might work if that is measured from foam to foam and the foam can be compressed somewhat. I've made some using east india rosewood for a customer.

Don't know if this helps or not, but I made a .50 cal for my son and made a box that looked like a crate with .50 cal stamped on the outside. I got a mini bale of hay from Michaels and stuffed it in the box to keep it positioned in the cradles.
