I ordered some cigar pens on Smittys special last Friday night at about 9:00 cdt. I live in central SD. Imagine my surprise yesterday (Monday)when I came home at noon. They were waiting in the mailbox.
I am not sure how it happens, but that was 2 1/2 day turnaround. Great service and connections.

I picked mine up yesterday and I live in Washington state! Like I posted on the thread about the sale, I ordered and they were ready to ship in less than 1 hour. Terrific service.
 
Judging from the absolute fantastic service from the recent Emperor Pen kit sale Smitty conducted, I do believe he must sit down with flat rate box in hand, label printer standing by, car running in the drive way, maybe a motorcycle escort to the USPS, and waits for the orders to flow through his place.

Whatever it is that he does, it is right to the last instant until one receives the order. :biggrin:

I am in need of advice and help. I have ordered some pens from an American company and finding great difficulty in getting my goods or money. Where do I ask if I may get somebody's help to get my gear? Many thanks

How did you pay for them? Check? PayPal? Credit Card?

I'd like to know how you got mail delivery this past Monday, Memorial Day.
 
Monty, that was "drudged up" from a thread started May 3- a month ago.

Certainly contributes to confusion--but that is the answer.
