Jr Gent 1 vs Baron

Did you know that the Baron and Jr Gent 1 were 2 different bushing sets.???:frown: Well I didn't but I found out this morning, I have been using up my supply of Barons so this morning I started using the Jr Gent 1 from Smitty, so tubes are the same measured the trim rings but not all and went at it. When it came time to put the pen together is when I noticed that the 2 trim rings were a different size. So now you know as much as me. Lol

I bought my bushings from Johnny and he suggested I could pay for a single different bushing between the two sets for a small additional fee. Jumped at that, now I can turn both sets with just one bushing swap. Not sure I understand which bushing is causing your trouble. But one bushing is smaller.

Sorry to hear that, now you'll be looking for a Jr. Gent 1 kit. Funny you should post this, I received a phone call this morning from a good friend with questions about the differences in the Jr. Gent 1, 11 and Baron.

The Baron has 2 bushings the same on both tubes, large for the large and small for the small.

Jr Gent 1 has 2 bushings the same size on the large tube and 2 different sizes on the smaller tube.

Jr Gent 2 has the same config as Jr Gent 1 except larger bushings all around.
