I changed table saws recently and will soon build a new sled. The sled for my old TS was just a basic crosscut sled.

This time I am trying to think through the plans and add as many features as I would potentially use.

If any of you have nice sled setups, please post pictures, links, ideas, etc. I am sure I am not the only one looking for ideas to do things better, so let's share and see what we come up with.

I found a fairly nice plan at www.eagllakewoodworking.com. But before I start building, I wanted to see if we had any better ideas.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Mark.

Tim -- depends on what you are looking for.

If you are seeking the highest precision -- look at this segmented work

http://incra.biz/info/sweetheart_clock_new.pdf

It certainly is a walking ad for INCRA, but the detail and control used by Loyd Johnson to product it are first rate. Loyd is one of the founding fathers of the Segmented Wood Turner chapter of AAW.
