After reading last week about others here getting the Work Sharps, I thought I talk with H/D.

My order was canceled. They over sold. They ordered more to honor unfulfilled orders. I asked, what about me? I was told that within 30 business days they should have stock on hand. I asked what I had to do to get the sale price and this is what they told me....

Watch the web site and when it is listed again, reorder it via their 800 number and give them my confirmation # and I would get it for the original sale price.

I keep checking their site.....nothing yet! If anyone here see it come up.....PLEASE, give me a holler!

THANKS,

Barney

Only e-mail I got from them were the two right after I ordered the Work Sharp 3000.

I used their 'Chat Room' to talk with customer service. I printed out the whole conservation.......I also sent them an e-mail before going in to the 'Chat Room'.....haven't check my e-mail since then.

Did you not get a second email saying that you needed to call their customer service line and confirm a "re-order"?

I just checked my e-mail again and they sent me an e-mail saying that if I was still interested in the item to contact their Homedepot.com Resolutions Team withing the next 10 days......that was on the 27th of Jan......I'll be calling them tonight when I get home.

Hope everything goes well!!!

THANKS,

Barney

Nah John -- they needed a bigger number to show the difference from the Model number 2000.

The bigger and better --- and they were cheap from HD in December -- with a high hassle factor to get them.
