Another Clippy Question

Should the clip go on top other the inlay or to the side?

Suggestion please.

I would not cover the inlay. That is the attention getter so it should not be covered.

I agree, third pic looks the most natural. Have you tried putting in on the line between the two sections? I was thinking it might flow with the line there. But I'll be suprised if it looks better than the placement in the third pic.

I think the third pic down looks best too...but to be honest I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. Thay all look pretty darned good.
