That is embarrassing but technically it is not really a spelling error since golf is a word. I would say it is more an editing error since a spell checker would have never flagged it. I find those on my site every now and then.

Sorry Joe, was referring to the original post. Should have used the quote button. I rarely ever read the catalog so can't comment on that.

However I do think it's funny finding spelling errors an any professionally produced items.

rjwolf, I agree with the golf error, but I was talking about the obvious spelling errors in the catalog.

My fault I should have read a little better on that one and realized that.

I do know that those of us who do our own pen websites need to be careful about spelling/editing. For example, be sure not to forget to space properly in between words of a sentence that says, for example, "This beautiful pen is a real eye catcher!" DAMHIKT. Luckily I caught it.

nah

That's ok if you read their catalog there are spelling errors all over the place. Kind of funny with today's day in age of spell check.
Problem is Golf is a word...and it is used correctly in that sentence, nothing wrong with saying "18 KT Golf nib" as far as spelling and grammar go.

Ha, thats like the Pen Island website that someone pointed out a few months back. www.peni- well, I think you can figure it out.

Just thought I'd point out an error I just saw on PSI's website:

18Kt GOLF nibs!!!

Yeah, thanks to technology, the true teaching of grammar or for that matter, proof reading skills has fallen by the wayside. Not saying I have perfect grammar at all, but I can reread what I have typed out. That is why there is a Preview Post button.
