A recent alert on a news site I watch cautioned about putting your birthday on Facebook or other social sites. I've watched the birthday recognitions on this site and felt we should be cautioned about birthdays here.

If you have your birthday posted here, someone could easily mine the data with birthday and address to get enough info to begin an identity theft scam. Someone could also get your full street address off the internet.

Just a thought about the amount of info we leave in various places.

Lol, I can pretty much find any info about anyone given enough time. (I do amateur PI work on the side!) The important thing is knowing what to do with that info! 99% percent of people would have no clue what to do with it if I dropped my entire life in their lap. The other 1% I am not too worried about.

Or even places you wouldn't think of...if you google earth my address you can even zoom in on a pic of me in my driveway

Mine shows a freshly cut lawn that I would have cut.. but on the kansas address, it shows my vehicle parked in the driveway there

AND my lawn is shorter then my a*al retentive neighbor who cuts his lawn about 4 times towards my one time. (he mows it right until the snow flies if there is a leaf on it) - he wont let anyone even walk across it unless they are pushing a mower.

Some funny things have been captured on google earth
