I placed an order with him last week and hadn't heard anything from him, so I called him this morning. He said he'd sent all the orders out last Friday, so we should be in good shape. Also, there was a problem with the mail tracking program, I know I didn't receive a notice. Anyway, I'm pretty sure I'll see a package in the next day, or so.

I too recommend calling, IF you have an urgent need. Constant just ended a 45% off promotion for IAP. I imagine he was slammed with orders.
