what do you call them?

I'm looking for the bolt where you drill a hole, slide the "nut tube" up into the hole then screw the bolt in from the other side. When you take the bolt out the "tube nut" stays in place. What the heck are they called? I'm feeling real stupid right now.

Here in the UK we call them Captive nuts....I think that is what you mean.
